Maid of Honour :
Taryn Hearty - Andrea and Taryn met in Grad committee at UBC and have bonded over their shared love of Las Vegas, Wine, Yoga and books! Both worked at their local public library (go VPL!) and majored in Biology, they also spent 1 year working together as lab technicians at the CMMT.
Best Man :
Daniel Pi - Alex and Daniel met in high school where Daniel served as the leader of their on-line Star Siege Clan. They share a love of beer, hiking, spandex and ... beer?
Bridesmaids :
Anna Ayvazov - Andrea and Anna went to high school together and despite Anna's "boyband phase" the two have remained close friends over the years, with Andrea serving as one of Anna's bridesmaids when she married 3 years ago (really .. 3?!)
Sarah Cawston-Stewart - Andrea and Sarah have known each other since Kindergarden (!!) and have survived many challenges together from elementary school plays, to high school drama, to Scotland in the winter time!!
Miranda Gagne - Andrea and Miranda met through mutual friends (Anna) and quickly bonded over a shared love of fashion (ranging from sweatpants to dresses), food (both cooking and eating) and cheesy MTV programming (Laguna beach -what!)
Groomsmen:
Blake Fisher - Alex and Blake went to high school together and have remained close over the years despite their initial meeting resulting in a punch to the head. Fun fact: Andrea and Blake's parents went to high school together as well and Andrea and Blake knew each other as children.
Jakub Czeszejo-Sochacki - Alex and Jakub also went to high school together (aren't men loyal?). Jakub was the first friend Alex made in Richmond and they share a love of video games, beer and all things Eastern-Euopean.
Kevin McLeod - Kevin is Andrea's younger brother and shares Alex's love of hiking and biking. Since neither of them had a brother of their own they enjoy each others company ... despite what they say to the contrary!
Flower Girl:
Kaelyn Ayvazov - Kaelyn is Anna's daughter and we hope that she will learn to walk in time for the wedding!
